with great saddness that today we inform you that in eight weeks time Angel Ark Crete will have no choice but to close it's gates for the very last time. We need your support more now than ever before. Over the past eight months the staff, volunteers and supporters of Angel Ark have shown 100% dedication and commitment to the animals. We have managed to tackle the majority of major problems that we faced in the beginning, this could not have been possible without the kind donations of the supporters of Angel Ark but after major negotiations with the owner of the land and a Greek lawyer we have no choice but to vacate the land.

THE GOOD NEWS.... 
We have found new land To rent... 
Our lawyer can secure a 17 year lease on this new land, this enables us to ensure that any animals that are with us long term are safe and secure with the knowledge they will never lose their home. We can take some of the materials from the existing shelter but some things will have to be replaced, and of course we will need to move at 
least 130 animals to the new location . The new kennels will be larger with an outdoor run attached to every one. There is also a small house located on the land that can be used for quarantine and storage. There is also room for a manager to live on site to give the animals 24/7 care. This will enable us to give the animals a better quality of life until they find their forever home. Please remember that nothing is impossible. We urgently need your help to keep these animals safe, any contribution,no matter how small, either through cash donation, materials or volunteering your time can make this project possible.
